They helped us complete the mixing valve work for our sinks and pedicure chairs to meet township inspection requirements for our CCO. Called in the morning regarding a sump pump problem. Was advised that a technician would be here between noon and 2PM. Technician arrived before noon and took care of the problem. They showed up within an hour, diagnosed the issue fast, and fixed it same day. The tech was professional, courteous, and even checked the rest of the system for free. It started on Sunday when we noticed our first-floor zone heating wasn’t working. We called Air Group out of habit, and it took forever to get a call back. The best part was the dispatcher on their emergency number telling us the earliest they could come was Tuesday (almost 72+ hours later). Yeah, nope. We called Stashluk, and they immediately took our call and said a technician would get back to us. Francisco called us 5 minutes later and actually wanted to understand what was going on. He even provided prices in real time for the same-day emergency fee or what it would cost if we waited until the next morning. We ended up waiting for the following morning, and Francisco communicated very well via text about his departure and arrival time. He showed up on time and spent a good amount of time properly diagnosing our system. Once he realized it was just a faulty thermostat, he let us know right away. We actually had smart thermostats on hand that we just never got around to installing, and he installed the new one to replace the faulty unit and then even went upstairs and installed the other so both were set up. He basically restored our lives back to normal and saved us a huge headache. Really happy with the service, and I’m definitely recommending them to our friends and will call again in the future. Four years ago my wife and I purchased a Furnace and Air Conditioning system from Stashluk Plumbing and Heating. They did a fantastic job on the installation. We were very pleased with the work and the Technicians that did the work. Fast forward 4 years and the Furnace decided not to work 2 weeks ago. I called Stashluk and they sent a Technician the very next day. There was no rush because it was 65F outside. Gregory the Technician that did the work was very methodical and thorough. It ended up being an issue with the air Blower. The Technician spent 90 minutes working on our Furnace yet there was no charge For Labor. Re: Generator Annual Maintenance and Inspection Plan We have had very good experience with Stashluk on this service, both this year and last. The quality of service has been high. The technicians have been very good (competent, thorough, friendly, and kind). The office staff has been very good as well (responsive, communicative, and friendly). Stashluk has a “Select” Generac certification. The annual maintenance and inspection process has been very efficient. The plan price is fair and reasonable. Called Stashluk the day after July 4th with a leaking interior water line. I tried three other companies that said they did 24/7 emergency service and none had people available over the weekend except Stashluk. I felt awful for calling on a holiday weekend but everyone I spoke with was so kind. Gregory showed up later that morning, only had to cut a 1' x 1' area of drywall, replaced the old pipe and shutoff valve and left the area spotless. The pricing was very reasonable for an emergency weekend job. I hope to not call them with an emergency again but I'm glad I have a local, reliable, responsive, and professional company I can call for future projects. Thank you Gregory, and Stashluk team!
